She was very patient with us, she spent a lot of time reviewing disclosures for various properties and reminding us what to look for. Monique helped us with picking lenders too. Selling the home of a family member who was ill and had to move from his home of 47 years was a bit of a challenge given the property was in California and I live in Maine. We got Debbie Bellamy Reyes's name from a friend and it was a perfect fit right from the get-go. Debbie quickly understood the challenges we faced and essentially took over the management of the property after it was vacated; getting it ready for sale, doing inspections, checking on the property when it had to come off the market for a few months, communicating with buyer agents to keep them apprised of the property's status, and then managing the sale right through to closing. Debbie is extremely professional, very attentive to her client's needs, a clear and consistent communicator and a lot of fun to work with. If she only lived a little closer I'd use her again in a heartbeat for any real estate transaction.
